CAQ Problem

Hello
I'm deeply scared from the inside because of this problem I'm facing now, please answer me ASAP.
I have applied for the CAQ in order to continue my studies in TECCART institute in montreal, and done everything through Best Services Canada agency located in Casablanca, Morocco. They applied for my CAQ and I demanded to access my file online as well. And its been 4 weeks exactly with no update at all as the following:

I haven't recieved any message about files recieved at all. Although I was told they were sent through DHL the day my file was opened.

Please reply, I'm in deep need of an experienced person's help.

You just need to wait a little longer, according to that screenshot they have not even received your documents yet even after they receive sometime it takes a while to update the portal, it can take up to 2 months to get CAQ sometimes.

Thank you, but may I ask if this may affect the file with anything negative, like getting my CAQ request rejected if it takes too long?

No nothing will be rejected for taking too long, you have sent the docs and you have tracked that they arrived?

I have recently applied for a CAQ and everything updated only when a final decision is taken, it takes around a month.

Yes I have, and it was delivered on the 22nd of october. 3 days after my file was opened.

Please help me with this issue.
While applying for CAQ I have given the mailing address as my present address which is different from my passport.
I have filed visa and in visa application I have give both my permanent address and present address.
Will this be a problem during immigration?
