it will be better if u use scanned copy or original one, ask for scanned copy or schedule a pickup of the original one from the university............

can i apply for CAQ before online accepting there offer?
i have to accept that before 15 nov.


actually i am waiting for response from mcmaster,calgary universities too..

If u have LOA then u can apply for CAQ.....

Till now .. i just have there email with heading" this is email copy of your official offer letter"

You can't apply for a CAQ with the email notification. You have to have the official letter of acceptance, the university is going send you two of the letters of acceptance and two letters from the registrar. One will be for the CAQ and the other will be for the study permit. I'm going through a bunch of issues with my CAQ and study permit too!
