CAQ for Quebec Jan 2020

How long does CAQ take for winter intake?
My documents reached on 3rd September according to DHL but but I haven't gotten a document receipt yet, it's been 3 days. Can anyone tell me the expected time it takes for them to update it?

This is the timeline of my CAQ obtention process so far:

Sept - 13 - 2019: Acknowledgement of receipt of your application
Sept - 13 - 2019: Confirmation of payment
Sept - 14 - 2019: Opening of your file
*Oct - 10 - 2019: Files sent
*Oct - 11 - 2019: DHL receipt confirmation
*Nov - 06 - 2019: New message on portal saying that files were received Oct-15th
Nov - 11 - 2019: Documents missing
*Nov - 12 - 2019: Missing files sent
*Nov 13: DHL receipt confirmation
*Dic - 2 - 2019: No further notice
