Caq email id invalid

I'll be grateful if someone could help me out!! I forgot my password to access my caq file! So when I gave "forgot password" with my email id, it shows my email id as invalid! I've given my mail id during the application and processed every single step! It's been two weeks since I applied and I haven't heard anything regarding my file! I tried contacting their number , I couldn't reach tho! Someone please help me out what should I do to get my email id correct?

Hi I had the same problem. No worries, contact their toll free number , they would give you updates on your file. When I asked for mine they explained my account has been locked due to several attempts of trying to log in , so here and there during the course of time I contacted them to ask the progress of my file.
