I've filled out the caq online application form on June 1st, got my checklist and sent the documents to the address given with all the documents written in the checklist. I checked all the documents thousand times just to ensure that nothing is missing. Finally my documents arrived there June 6th, I was sure that no document is missing until I read mcgill's website. It says that I should also send the printed application form with other documents. Since I filled out the application form online, I thought I wouldn't need to send the printed form of it.
Also, it wasn't written in the checklist. I'm really confused now and afraid that I won't be able to get the caq ...
