CAQ and LMIA processing time for quebrc

Dear all?

Anyone can help me to know in normal way what time need to get CAQ and LMIA?

I had made application on 08/05/2019

It took around 3 weeks for both. Mine was GTS-LMIA. Not sure does it make any difference.
