Hello everyone , recently i got offer letter from isi college quebec after receiving the letter my agent instantly applied for caq although i had not paid my first year fees i checked with my agent and he said that it is not an issue now here problem is suddenly after application in just 6 days i received a mail that a new message as been dropped in your online application now here problem is the login credentials are with my agent and she is out of country currently so i can't really check what update is there also some people are telling that your application might have been refused due to fees not being paid before application hence if i face caq refusal what should i do next? can i re apply?
