even if cic quotes the cap status no one can be sure of her/his status
so, we have to wait for the next 2-3 months to know the result

i sent my documents thru ems last december 22. it arrived in richmond BC december 28 but based on the last update it's still in transit to nova scotia. obviously it will reach CIO after december 31. will they consider the date i sent my documents? i really hope they do. crossing my fingers.
