CAPM Certificate - is it helpful?

I am thinking of getting my CAPM/PMP Certificate while in my home country; I am waiting for my papers to be processed by Ontario (PNP). I want to do something to help me find quicker a decent job when arriving in Canada.
Any advises on what certificates are valuable in Canada right now? I am currently working as a manager in pharma industry.

Not much ..I have done Capm .. dont see any use ..but Pmp with lots n lots of experience would be helpful.
