Nothing is for certain. Was this NOC in the old 38 list? If not, then in my opinion any "new" NOC on the 29-list will not be dropped on 1st July 2011. Otherwise a little stupid to have an in-demand list only open for one year, since most applicants will not have got their visas when their NOC drops off the list!

Yeah, I think this spead will come up more in the last month- June 2011.
As b'coz new rules are coming in July 2011 and as well the NOC may change.

What about the counter, there is no update after 20th May I have to apply in 3112(general physician) which was on 853 according to 20th may update.

please advice what to do whether to wait for next counter or send the application I think by now in this category they must have received around 940 applications as the way it was going in the last one month.

Please advice.
 
send the app immediately...they may change language and age criteria in next rules which will make it tough for somebody over 32 yrs of age...
