how long do u think it will take for the cap t reach full..
and which all NOCs u think will reach full..

The grade A NOC has been filled

I am sure by March 31, 10000 would have been achieved

There will be a series of discussions by Minister Kenney with the Industry leaders.
There will be some forecasting ahead of the MI-4.
You will get some idea about the NOCs those will be on the list.
