Hello there....
I can’t access my cic account. I was locked out and I can’t access my application. Don’t know what to do. When I try to sign in, it doesn’t ask me any security questions, it just immediately tells me I didn’t answer my security questions correctly and hence I’ve been locked out and can no longer view my application online. I don’t know what to do. I need to view the message on my account to know if to submit our (my wife and I) passports. Can you help or show me how to sort this out? Please
 
You'll need to be patient. People offer help here for free. Because of that it can often take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for the right person to see your post and respond. If you want immediate answers - you'll need to hire an immigration consultant or lawyer.
 
Has anyone encountered such challenge? How did you resolve it....I don’t know what to do. There’s no number to reach IRCC or chat line to talk to anyone. When you send them a mail, they just send you this auto generated message. Please anyone.....
