Can't register application tracker account

I got an email from IRCC that now I can register to their tracker site. but the link to the tracker doesn't open (dns not found error).
and got this error
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
when I tried to register from here
https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register

I don't have any representative and didn't send IMM 5475/6 form
anyone has same issue?

The tracker link in the email is the older link which no longer works. Looks like IRCC haven't updated the email template so they keep sending everyone the same old link. You need to register on the new tracker i.e. https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register using UCI(without `-`) and Application number(Will be in the email). You should try registering 48-72 hrs after receiving the email as it takes time to reflect in the system.

Hi I tried to register through this link but it is still showing the same error, did u get through in 1st attempt?

Sorry what is MEP and BIO? For me it worked after 48 hrs. For some it takes a week too. But if it does not work even after a week then raising a webform for Technical difficulties is the way forward.

Mep is Medical exam passed and Bio is biometric updated in the gc key portal

Update for me.
I got an AOR at Jan.19 and 'You can register tracker' mail at Feb.1. but still have same error.

My AOR is 26/10/22 and I'm too not able to register to get access to application tracker. Can anyone help?
I am principal applicant, FSWP-OINP (Outlander).
