On imm1344e, "application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement and undertaking"

"If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether or not you want to:"

"*Withdraw your sponsorship application. All processing fees less $75 will be refunded."

or

"*Proceed with the application for permanent residence. Processing fees will be retained"

I cannot validate the form unless i make an answer. And when i made a check, neither of which apply to me, it found that i cannot possibly remove it. My only option being: Delete and re-do. What's the proper way to handle this?

you must choose only one option from the two........choose this option.....so if for whatever reason, you can withdraw your application, re-do and re-submit as there is no need to proceed when IRCC already advised against it.

"If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether or not you want to:"

"*Withdraw your sponsorship application. All processing fees less $75 will be refunded."

What do you mean when you are saying that neither answer applies to you?
The first part being "If you are found ineligible to sponsor, ..."

My sponsor is the one filling this out for me (The principal application). The language seems to suggest that this section is intended for people who haven't qualified. This is the first time we are filling out and filing these.

the section is not intended for people who haven't qualified.

spousal sponsorship application is in 2 parts........(1) sponsor application to sponsor applicant for PR.......(2) applicant application for PR.

the 1st part is first to be processed and if for whatever reason, IRCC finds the sponsor is not approved to sponsor......you may either withdraw the entire application, and fix the problem and re-submit.......or IRCC proceed to process the application which obviously will be refused......so its better to choose Option 1.

Ah, I completely understand now. Thank you!
