What happens if you call and they now say they can't find your application?

What happens if you call and they now say they can't find your application?

Try next day you could find it that’s what exactly happened to me one day all of a sudden when I called IRCC the phone system said “based on the information you provided we couldn’t find it in the system”

I called next day it was fine!

Thank you. It is back now. I was hoping it was some transitory state where it was changing status and so they needed to pull it out of the system to do so.
