I just joined so I'm not sure if I am in the right forum. I am having trouble with my visa application on my GCKey account. I keep receiving emails saying I have new messages but can't view them. I read I need to press the 'check status and messages' to view them button but can't find that button anywhere. Can someone help please ?

Sometimes you get emails just for updates to your account. I got a fair few of them when I applied for permits before. They are annoying as you may not see anything. Just check the status of everything like medical etc
