Only CRS works that way - "higher the better". 67/100 is a binary metric - you either qualify or you don't and it doesn't matter after that.

Please let me know if there is something like wage comparison on hourly basis in your current country with canadian hourly wages in that particular occupation for being eligible in FSW OR PNP under express entry.

There is no such requirement for either FSW or PNP.
