Hi. My girlfriend has been in Canada for a year on an open work permit. But she can't create a new iec application, even when she inputs that she has a letter from an ro. It says she already has an iec profile in the pool. But that's a year old, from when she got invited in 2019. When she did it without an ro. Has anyone had this problem?
