I have called IRCC for 10 days in a row now and can't speak to a human. I try from 8am onwards throughout the day and after waiting 6-8 minutes I am told that due to the hig number of calls I can;'t be connected to an agent!!!
FFS. What is going on? Is this some kind of a joke?? Does anyone else have this problem? My application is being processed and I need answers to why 2 of my forms were not accepted so they don't get returned to me again in a few months time. I have been waiting since 2019 for this bullshit application to be processed and I'm absolutely sick and tired of it.

I'm not sure the help desk is going to be able to help you even if you reach them.

Which forms were not accepted? What kinds of application? Maybe we can help you to identify the problem.

I normally have success by calling the number at 7:50am, and going through the steps till you get to a menu where you can enter your Application number and then pressing the number to listen to the status, at the end of the it it gives you the option to listen again, go back to the previous menu or 0 to speak to an agent... I just keep "Listening again" until about 7:59am, then right at 8:00:01 am, hit 0 and it'll transfer you to into the queue.. I usually request a call back which takes anywhere from 30-60mins usually.
