Can't apply for Ontario Health Card (name issue)

In my passport, copr, sin, it all says "nickname aka firstname lastname"

But in Canada (work,license, credit cards, etc), all the documents and IDs have only my firstname lastname

Service Ontario doesnt accept firstname lastname, they want to see something with "nickname aka firstname lastname"

I have RCMP police clearance report which has "nickname aka firstname lastname", but they are not accepting this document.

What is/are the possible options?

change your name in your bank and submit bank statement (hard-copy ) with COPR/Passport.................thats all thr is to it...whts the complication ?
