Can't access CIC account via KeyGC.

Hello everyone,

I can't access my CIC account through a KeyGC login. Everytime I sign in, hit continue and accept, I get asked to create an account, even though I already logged in with my current account. I have 2 requests pending with CIC (PVT and visitor visa).

I can't seem to find an answer anywhere else. Anyone else with the same problem ?
