Cannot withdraw my ineligible EE file! HELP

Hi all, I got some questions which need your help:

1. My EE file became ineligible after updating my work experience(just revised the start date)

2. There's no button of withdraw

3. Tried to create another EE file, worked but changed to ineligible AGAIN!

I don't know what to do now...help....

Is your profile eligible? Could you share details:
1) Stream (FSW\CEC\PNP)
2) Work experience
3) Language scores
4) Educaion
5) Age
6) whatever else you may feel is relevant.

Dear

You might be ineligible on some ground, Funds, Language etc. That is the reason your profile becomes ineligible, and once it becomes ineligible , your not allowed to make any changes or withdraw it from the system.

Please try and reevaluate your eligibility on the fsw calculator , whether you score the minimum 67 points or not will determine your eligibility.

My file was eligible. And got 410 crs points.

But when I changed Canada work experience start date from Jan to Feb, file became ineligible

So frankly you might be losing out on the minimum one year experience part, or so. It would be great if you could share your details , to guide you further .

As I realized that I was under internship(still with paid) in Jan 2016, I changed the start date from Jan to Feb, no matter which one, I already got 1 yr WE.

And the expire date for my IELTS is Nov 2018. Should not be a problem either.

Really confused so I reported to CIC about this issue as well, but haven't heard back
