Cannot view after PR card replacement online submission

Dear all,

So after submitting requests for PR card replacement online, the View button is greyed out (so cannot view) and no email of confirmation was received for the submission.

Is this normal?

Yes this is common, after submitting the application view button will be greyed out .Have you got any update on your application? I also applied for replacement pr card on September 26 , my application is still under process

I think the online status would not update but you might receive your card. Just keep checking your mailbox
