Getting very upset here, we've done everything they asked, validated PDF - but how do you upload it? Every time we try it says "Document is not a valid PDF file."
I work with computers for a living, IT'S A VALID PDF file. Please help! Once you fill out the form, click validate, then what? Save and upload?
