Cannot open forms IMM 1344 & IMM 0008

I cannot open these forms no matter what I try do. I've tried on three different browsers and on a PC and a Mac? Has anyone else encountered this problem? Also, does anyone know how to access the forms?

Download the pdf instead of trying to open, then open with the latest version of acrobat reader.

I use Safari on my MacBook and initially it wouldn't open. I'd get this message: "Please wait...If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document." I also got the same message with Google Chrome. It worked fine using Internet Explorer though.

If you're using Safari: once the "please wait" page opens, click the icon on the right of the zoom out button below (it looks like 2 sticky notes with a tac) and it should open. (You can only see the zoom icon when your cursor is at the bottom)

1. Right click the link (form) and select "Save link as..."

2. Save the file (form) in your hard drive.

3. Pull up the folder where you saved the forms and click them to open.

4. Start filling the forms

Note: As profiler said, make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader.
