Greetings,

As my husband has been approved to sponsor me, so they notified me via email stating that they (Singapore Visa Office) already received my application last July 8th, 2013. I tried tracing before and it worked but seem nowadays there's something happening, stating these following messages when I tried to track the status:-
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:......."

I am wondering if some of you are facing the same situation? Help me... :'(

Thanks and best regards,

Honeybee Lover

I have the same problem. For 4 weeks I haven't been able to login anymore.

I contacted CIC by email and they answered today saying that they fixed the problem and I could login again.
So I tried it several times but I still get the same message as you.

glad that i am not alone and that was scary! i hope they will get it fixed as soon as possible! ;)

If you have just recieved sponsorship approval it takes a few days to be available online.

Once its up there..you can check the status with the sponsors details. I'd suggest to use the sponsors UCI number and details and try.

When your file gets transfered to your VO, you will reciece your UCI and application number, which is when you can try getting it with your details.

Hope this helps :)

I'm 10 months in the process and after 9 I couldn't login anymore :-(

Have you tried using Immigration File Number? Only way I can access my wife's info. She's the applicant
