For some reasons, I've been having a very hard time to login to myCIC account. Usually, I go to this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp, then Continue to GCKey, after input username and pw, I will be in, but for this week, it keeps kicking me back to the www.cic.gc.ca. I have to try at least 10 times, before I can login. Anyone has the same issue?

Update / Temporary fix:

Try opening it in incognito mode or in different browser. Make sure you type right. Or else it may lock your account for 24 hours.
 
Ya.. I too face this issue, it will only let me in after several attempts. Not sure why is that I have tried multiple browser and couple of operating systems.
 
I have faced this issue since I first accessed it in June and I think I have a consistent work around. Here is how I always get in:

1. Sign in using either Safari or Chrome.
2. Go as far as you can, till you are kicked out.
3. Open another browser(if you did step 1 in Chrome, open Safari and vice versa).
4. Sign in to CIC using this browser, it will go through.(at least for me, this always works).

I had tried Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge, but none of them fix the issue. Hopefully your trick will work.
 
I read in another post that you log in till you see the continue button ( I think 2nd step after GCkey login button). Wait about 3 to 5 minutes before you click the continue button. Works for me most of the time when I'm patient enough to wait.
 
This has been there since i signed up for express entry :)
I usually prefer using incognito in google chrome. For one or two attempts, it redirects me to cic page. But after third attempt, it usually allows me to mycic account. Try it and let us know if it works :)
 
Remember to log out and ...continue when u finish . that helps next time
 
Try seeing if it works after logging out properly. I've had this issue when I close the browser without logging out.

I have had this problem since 1 oct with no resolution. I don't use the GCkey but the Secure Sign in partner. I have tried everything and still for more than 3 weeks haven't got in! Still waiting for the CIC support to get back to me.

None of the suggested solutions here have helped in my case unfortunately. I have tried logging in from windows and mac, from chrome, safari, explorer, firefox, from home and from work. All the same. I get to mycic ok->click go to secure signin partner ->click on my bank and sign in there and then get passed back to mycic. so far so good.

When I accept the MyCIC terms, instead of the profile page, I get a page asking me to enroll! no error or anything. I have an ITA from sep 18th and was in the middle of uploading documents as per my checklist.

Dear Everyone,

I seem to have forgotten my user id for MyCIC, is there a way to recover it. I remember the password and answers to the preset security questions. Please let me know. Thank you.
