Cannot Link Application Online

Hellp Friends today i recieved AOR with UCI and File no
I tried to connect the application to online account it doesnt show up

Any tips ?

I've been waiting almost 5 months and still can't link my application to my account! Driving me crazy!

Have you tried ECAS (MyCIC).
 
1) Try using the bare minimum information it will let you.

2) If you only just got the info, you might not be able to link them yet. Advice probably says try again in 24 hours? Might be a plan.
 
Just been using this site with ideas and finally got my account to link!
I used my application number from the AOR email and my family name (person being sponsored)
Then I put a space in the box for city of birth
Chose my country of birth
Did not enter any passport info
Chose 2 people in application (myself and boyfriend)
And weirdly had to chose single! And not common law as I had been selecting
Worked first time and I've been trying for months!
 
I can't link mine, either... >:(
 
I've been going nuts over this. I have to submit more docs and it's definitely been long enough that I should be able to link my account. I have a GCKey and my spouse has a login as well. I can't do just minimum info because all of the info is now required. Anyone else having problems and solved it?
 
hey guys even me aswell but try this don't fill date of birth part and fill other part like uci file number and passport details and select married and last select 2 it will works

FINALLY got it! I switched from Chrome to Firefox and it worked!

Hello,

My husband received the UCI number and the letter to link the application online today.
I have had 3 failed attempts. I am only left with 2.
I am entering correct info and still cant link it.
Were you able to link yours ? and how?
Please help!

I am the person sponsoring my husband. I created an account with my TD canada login. Then i put my Husband's info in to link the account and failed 3 times. I only have 2 trials left. Don't know where i went wrong. :( Im worried

with the exact same info?
I chose UCI and application number
then I put in My husband's ( principal applicant) City & Country of birth, passport number with issue and expirey dates, then for status i put Married
and for the number family members i put 2
and then i put in the city and province where he intends to live in canada.

and still got it wrong 3 times :(
i i fail twice again then i have to wait 24 hours. Will I be allowed to do it again 24hrs later?

I really dont wanna get to the point where I have to email them for help becase they take days to reply

hey guys even me aswell but try this don't fill date of birth or place of birth part and fill other part like uci file number and passport details and select married and last select 2 it will works
