Cannot find Premanent residence application section to submit the documents

Hi,

I received an invitation to apply PR under FWS 3 days back from CIC via my account.
but i cannot find any application section & application called express entry in mycic account to submit the documents.
please help

Take a screenshot of your MyCIC home page (hide the email) and share.

Have you clicked on "continue application" button or did you, by mistake click on "Decline invitation"?

This is how it should look like after an ITA. If your MyCIC is showing nothing, use "report a technical problem" feature through your MyCIC account. Hope it helps.

In my profile, In DETAIL column it shows "SUBMITTED" after i click on the button (check status & massage) at ACTION column in the same table, it will lead me to new page with application massages. on that page i got the massage Invitation to apply with pdf format invitation latter.

I am confused & left only 57 day to apply. I already report a technical issue to cic. still no change in my profile.
Shall i call CIC call center??? Please let me know if you have the contact no.

Well, the same area where it shows Express Entry profile under the submitted applications, you can find a tab for Permanent Residence application in the section above that area.. with the other blue tabs for other options like link a paper application, apply for a temporary residence visa etc.

Please share the screenshot so I can see if the said option is there.

Usually, once you get an ITA for PR, a new (additional) tab for PR application appears under "What would you like to do today?" Section where next line reads, apply for:

Read those blue tabs, one of them must have a link for PR!
