Hello Friends,

I am November 2013 applicant. I added my spouse to my CEC application last month since I got married while my application was in process. I submitted all the necessary documents & filled forms which they asked me in the email.

Now, Exactly after a month CIC they replied me via email that CPCO CANNOT accept application fees for my spouse by form IMM5620-E.And they asked me to pay it online. Also, I've paid my RPRF fees online upfront. So they also mentioned that I should pay the application fees for my spouse online like I did for my RPRF.
But, as far as I know from NOV 08, 2013 CIC stopped accepting fees online for Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

So, plz help me what shall I do now ...???

If they cannot accept the fees using the form Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence (IMM 5620), what other payment is left?

From the instruction guide: Fill out the Fee Payment Form (IMM 5620) (PDF, 581 KB) and include it with your application. We currently do not accept online payments for permanent residence applications under the Canadian Experience Class.

I suggest emailing them about it? If you can, post the letter after removing personal information here for us to help you better.

Here is the copy + paste of the email from CIC

Good day xxxxxxxx,

Please be advised that CPCO does not accept payments with the form. Please pay the processing fee for your spouse ($550) online same as you did RPRF.

Thank you.

If that is what they ask, pay your fees here: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en, Immigration > Family Class: A family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older, or is less than 22 years of age and is a spouse or common-law partner $550. But call up CPC and ask them if they can confirm if this is how you can pay.

Yes, I also thought for the same and just finished paying it Applications to stay in Canada as a permanent resident : Spouse

And emailed them so now lets see how it works. Coz at the end of the day it is a receipt that is generated by 3rd party who have contract with CIC.

So, I hope it will work out for me....

BTW thnx for your response & help! Much Appreciate your kind help

^ As long as the receipt is for $550, it should be good.

If they have specifically mentioned that "pay your spouse fees same as you paid RPRF" in your email then do what they says. Pay it online as you did in RPRF and then send receipt to CIC.
But, as far as I know from NOV 08, 2013 CIC stopped accepting fees online for Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

Exactly !!!
That's what I thought n paid it online irrespective of what class it is...

Thnx Goku

That's what they mentioned in the email... I hv posted the exact same email above...

They wanted me to pay it online so I did paid online for some other class and replied CIC back with that receipt.
Since it is not mentioned which class it is paid for...as long as it is $550.
