Am new to the forum, I sent in my application for the fsw Nov 2011 and i just received email for interview in london at the Immigration and medical centre scheduled for Jan .2013.

I am abit worried as i am asked to bring in doc including my passport and at the moment it is with the UKBA home office where i sent since sept for my visa extension being that my tier 1 visa was coming to an end and i had personal things to sort out.

My Question is: Do i just carry the ref letter sent to me from the UKBA home office? because in the email the canadian embassy london made it clear that failure to attend will result to denial of any interview chances and will be given to another person.

I need an advice of what i need to do as i have just few weeks to the date scheduled.

Thanks Manila07 but the problem is my passport is with with UKBA for my stay renewal, i thought if i go with the ref letter they sent to me that will be ok? If i withdarw my passport from UKBA home office, then i wont be able to finish the fSW application here in London where i started.

Please did any one experience similar situations??? I need sincere help as the time is ticking!! :'(

My suggesion will be sent a reply email to LVO describing your situation with UKBA particularly about Passport and than request advice from LVO that what should you do concerning this matter. I hope LVO will advice you something.
