Cancelling a representative

Can anyone help me to provide the mailing address and email ID where I can send my cancellation of representation form!

I believe the address ought to be this: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

But please wait for more members and their comments on this.

You can also do it by calling the call center. That's how I did it after they mailed my PR card to the wrong address.
