cancelled pr application

my PR application was cancelled,as I missed few documents for my un accompanying dependents as they were infected due to covid and I submitted.Now they were fully recovered and I gathered their documents and submitted them thru web forum explaining the reason and made a request to reconsider my pr application.My due date to submit is still until 15th May.

will they reopen my case?

what do you mean by cancelled? Was it refused as incomplete?

I didn't submit PCC and Medical for my dependents as they are not accompanying me immediately during my travel and also I haven't included them while applying PR and mentioned in the application form that they are not travelling with me.When submitted, they have cancelled my PR application stating it as cancelled as incomplete.Later on, I submitted web form along with the missed documents within my due date.

After 1 week of web form submission along with missed documents, I did get an mail from CEC that application is in progress. But still now when i check the status of my application online it still says "Cancelled as Incomplete".

Will they re-open my case?
