Sorry but if you uploaded one file, then uploaded another, the first is replaced. It says so right there when you go to upload a second. It says multiple because you need all your required certs in one PDF file. For example I had my UK one then RCMP one on the next page. Is this where you have gone wrong?

No unfortunately, just the WES... Yeah it seems like it needs to be both. I still cannot believe that cancelling our application was the appropriate action. I also checked the regualtions mentioned below by which we were cancelled and i cannot find where it talks about cancellations.

"We have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of a
complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations"

They actually ask for the degrees, not the WES *sigh*. This is terrible. I'm so sorry.

Sorry to hear this, but remember before EE was even introduced they did say that in the new system there would be no room for errors. You leave something out, they're not gonna chase you for it like they did in the old system. How do you think they ended up with such massive backlogs in the first place.. They said straight off, any mistakes in EE would be a rejection. This is why we need to be careful uploading everything. Double, triple check instructions and files.

This just happened to us as well, have the sent you an email with the exact reason? We submitted our WES as proof of education but our email from CIC stated "No Foreign Education documents to support the WES". Its quite unclear what we needed to upload (which i guess is a scan of our degrees) but easily fixable. I don't understand why they cancelled instead of requesting the document.

Crazy.

Now I'm scared. I did the same as you, only uploaded WES report without original degree. Just sent case specific inquiry with the original degree. Hope they can accept it.
I guess you may want to send them your missing documents, hopefully they can get your app reopen.

So sad to be reading all these stories, but purplesnow is exactly right. I don't know if the "personalized document checklists" are somehow deficient or people are forgetting to use them, but anyone preparing to submit an application should review this page very very carefully...

they do ask for for missing documents, i was asked for missing documents and i got one week to submit, but there's uniformity in this, some persons just get rejected when docs r missing. i guess its left to the IO who gets ur application. some can be bothered some just cant be.

Shannon, did you get any updates about your Case Specific Inquiry? Even mine got rejected today, and I have sent one CSE. Don't know whats gonna happen.

my application has been cancelled under CEC Through EE marked as incomplete, im pretty sure i uploaded all my documents my police clearance as well as my wife's police clearance are missing, i realy dont know what is going on...somebody please give me some advice its unbelievable.........pleaseeeeeeeee

I have got my ITA in April and submitted my application by May mid. Today I got an message in MYCIC that my application has ben cancelled.

I got divorced and I have got a kid from my previous marriage. My child is living with my Ex-Spouse and we were separated 5 years back. I am in US, and they moved to India 5 years back and now I have no idea about where they are living. So in this situation I wont be able to provide any medicals or documents for my child, so I have not included my dependent and submitted an explanation letter with the statutory declaration explaining the situation and agreed that I wont be able to sponsor for my daughter in future. Not sure if they have gone thru my explanation letter, but they have rejected my application saying that "I did not include my dependent child on my application".

I have sent an Case Specific Inquiry again, not sure how far it will be considered.

So persons like me after getting divorce, cannot get Canada PR and settle there? Are we aliens to be treated like this?

They asked for each under different upload tabs, so i uploaded relevant documents under each.
