CANCELLED AS INCOMPLETE!!!!!CEC -EE, after two months of waiting...HELPPPPPPPPPP

my application has been cancelled under CEC Through EE marked as incomplete, im pretty sure i uploaded all my documents my police clearance as well as my wife's police clearance are missing, i realy dont know what is going on...somebody please give me some advice its unbelievable.........pleaseeeeeeeee
 
Argh sorry to hear that...

You need to send them a case specific enquiry and attach the police documents.

What was your timeline? What status was your ecas at the time?
 
This just happened to us as well, have the sent you an email with the exact reason? We submitted our WES as proof of education but our email from CIC stated "No Foreign Education documents to support the WES". Its quite unclear what we needed to upload (which i guess is a scan of our degrees) but easily fixable. I don't understand why they cancelled instead of requesting the document.

Crazy.
 
Did you submit your degree certificate from your university as well as your WES certificate ImNotAhab? I believe you need to send both. They should have just asked you to upload it though
 
sorry to hear that, but unfortunately welcome to the club. you did receive a letter where they say the reason of rejection.

try to put a case specific enquiry by uploading the missing docs, some ppl had their applications reopened.
but make a new profile to get a new ITA as well.

missing police certificate.but i'm really sure that i uploaded all of them. look guys, i check the uploaded summary details it shows only one police certificate was uploaded but guess what i uploaded 3 police certificates and according to them i am missing 1 police certificate which means they receive 2. strange summary details showed only one doc.
im still waiting for them to get back to me either they reopen my application or not.so gguys while i am waiting would it be possible to create a profile for might be tonight's draw? do you think its not going to complicate my application?

From what I know the majority of people who have been cancelled have created new applications while they wait for response on their case enquiry... I don't think it causes complications.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

im really sorry, but the thing i jus cant understand y cant they jus ask for missing documents instead of cancelling and guess they do ask some ppl for missing documents. so y not practice uniformity.

The website states that all your police certificates have to be merged together as ONE document they won't accept multiple documents, so if you have tried to upload more than one document it will be automatically erased.

Create a new profile immediately so you can get an ITA if there's a draw tonight. Then in the meantime you can send a CSE to try to fix it. All the best with this; it can't be easy.
 
it took 2 months for them to figure out whether it was incomplete or not...woow

No unfortunately, just the WES... Yeah it seems like it needs to be both. I still cannot believe that cancelling our application was the appropriate action. I also checked the regualtions mentioned below by which we were cancelled and i cannot find where it talks about cancellations.

"We have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of a
complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Regulations"
