Cancelled application

Hello all,

So my PR application got cancelled and i have a couple questions.:

1. Is there any way to get Immigration to uncancel an application?
2. I am still in Canada. My cancelled application means that my bridging visa is now invalid. Does this mean I must leave the country straight away or can I still get on a tourist visa?

Why was it cancelled? Seems like a major fact to consider before responding.

You mean refused or rejected for being incomplete?

Only you can cancel your application.

1. Depends on the reason why it was cancelled. Generally not possible.
2. If your BOWP was approved and you already have it, then it remains valid.

The application was cancelled because there were some unpaid fees of which I was unaware. I woke up this morning to a message saying I hadn't paid. I must have missed the original message telling me the fees were due so I'm absolutely kicking myself. So yes, it was rejected for being incomplete.
