Cancellation of PR Application due to incomplete documentation (PCC for last 10)

Hi,

I have filed my PR application under PNP through Ecpress Entry on 21/01/2017 and received AOR on the same day.
But on 28/02/2017 I got a rejection of my application for being incomplete. Specifically PCC was only from October/2009 til Jan/2017.

As my nomination certificate from Nova Scotia has validity till 31/05/2017. So, in this situation what I can do. Can I reapply with the same nomination or chances are zero because nomination I got after 1 year and again it won't be easy in near terms.

So, did you have more than 6 months of overseas stay between 2007 and 2009??

Inland only.
Actually I did my graduation from Chandigarh during 2004 to 2007 and for which I wasn't having PCC and the one which I got was from Delhi police was from October/2009. This was the case and I got rejection due to incomplete application.

No I was in India only but in different state.

Actually I did my graduation from Chandigarh during 2004 to 2007 and for which I wasn't having PCC and the one which I got was from Delhi police was from October/2009. This was the case and I got rejection due to incomplete application.

Now, I have to create a new EE file but how to get new nomination letter on new EE file because the previous PNP letter is still valid till 31/05/2017.

Get latest PCC from your passport office in India or Indian consulate in Canada and reapply.

Hi Aditya

I really feel sorry about your rejection as I faced same thing in last refusal... Well u still can reapply with same nomination...

1, Create new Express Entry Profile.
2, Write to Nova Scotia about your rejection and request them to transfer your Nomination on New EE profile
3, Again enter in pool with transferred nomination on new EE profile, wait for draw and then ITA

they suppose to transfer nomination easily, there shouldn't be any trouble in it...

Sorry but I don't have any reference as my consultant handles my case so I don't have much idea my application and precise paper work
