Cancellation of Express Entry - Document requested was uploaded

I am a temporary foreign worker in Canada and I was invited to Apply under the Canada Experience Class under Express Entry, got a cancellation of my application today due to lack of education credentials. I, however, had uploaded to the portal my assessment from World Education Services Canada (a copy was sent to CIC too by WES) and I also uploaded my degree certificate. The case specific inquiry is going to respond to me in a month (I believe I do not have that much time to just sit around and wait)

Anyone here have any advice please or gone through a similar situation?

Thanks for the info, I checked online and it seems like I am not the only one this happened to. It baffles me considering WES delived a cpy for verification to CIC Offices and they still say that they have not gotten it. I wish they would give a grace period of a week to upload missing documents or something like that. Always a flaw in the system. Thanks again for your advice!

That seems like a more legit explanation, I am pretty sure I did not. i submitted a new application and just waiting for another hopeful ITA, thanks for the heads up on that!
