Can i cancel my online application for sowp which is submited on29th july and i would like to submit new papper application, if any body know about this please tell me the options

I have sent email to delhi-immigration@international.gc.ca, delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
to withdraw my OWP. i just gave my application number and in 2 days they have withdrawn

Online process is taking more time than paper apps and also i couldn't submit my all document
