Is there are any condition, the employer can cancel my visa / work permit?

Hi,

The employer can terminate your employment by giving advance notice as per the terms of conditions in your job contract. If you are already inside Canada you status is legal till the validity of your work permit/ trv and you are free to search for another job/employer.

There is nothing like cancelling a work permit or TRV.
