Cancel a visitor visa

Could I cancel a visitor visa I did for someone ? he does not want to respect certain laws and I am responsible so kinda I want to cancel his visa. Please note his visa is already printed for 5 years on his passport.

Not possible for you to cancel it. The only thing you can do is advise IRCC of the applicants name and information and your concerns. IRCC will decide if they have sufficient ground to cancel the visa.

No - you can't. If he has engaged in some sort of fraud - you can certainly report him to CIC: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/protection/fraud/report.asp

It is a visitor visa only. The thing he started creating problems to myself and he wanted to work (not allowed), that's why I wanted to take this action. I do not want to be responsible for his childish actions.

You can report - but he needs to have actually done something illegal for the visitor visa to be canceled. For example, he needs to have actually worked illegally. If he has only talked about working illegally but hasn't actually worked - there will be nothing to report.
