How do you know?
There are about a million different reasons why this is obviously fake. Just a few of them are:

- Real Canadian job offers don't look like this
- Real job offers never cover your transportation, food and accommodations (whenever you see this in a job offer, this is a big sign that it's a scam)
- Real job offers never pay for your flights when you go on vacation
- The letter is horribly written
- This company doesn't exist
- No real job offer would ever say that you basically can't fail an interview

It's a scam. Don't give them any money.
