Canadian vistor visa from Pakistan

I applied visitor visa for my aunty on april 20,
I provided invitation letter, I am sponsoring her trip, provided my bank statement, I am canadian citizen,
also proof ties I attached property deed document translated by ontario firm,
my aunty is retried and post retirement she is working as Facilities manager,
I provided the HR letter from company she was working.
what are the chances of visa getting approved ?
I assured she will go back after the trip, I clearly outline date of trip and trip reason as I have new born baby.

Honestly low. She has to show her own cash in the bank and family ties and other ties to return (business, income property). Job letter shows that she is a long time employee and has approved leave. She shows her bank statments, payslips etc.

You stating you will fully fund a trip for a family member who is not considered immediate nor extended family raises red flags.

How long was trip? How much money did she show? Is she really your aunt? Did letter say anything about helping? Does she have a strong travel history to UK, US, NZ or AUS? Strong history can help.

if visitor refused for mom or dad saying intent is not clear or financial reasons you can file a case for review but you need hire lawyer which will cost you 5k definitely case will get a chance for review given you must be Canadian citizen this what happened to my friend and he hired lawyer and file the in the federal court, note it is time consuming almost 8 months but he won the case and mother visa is stamped. If your pr or work permit do not file the case it is waste of money.

What I did to get visa approved.
1. Invitation letter clear and precise with intent
2. Date of travel to and from canada
3. Outlining the relationship and why I can’t provide proof of relationship
4. All cost including tickets and insurance covered by me and stay in my home
5. Finally my aunty passport number
My passport as proof my current status in canada

Clients info
1. Clearly told my aunt is pensioner( notarized pension certificate is attched)
2.showed proof of pension which includes bank statements stamped by bank including first page as summary page about account holder and date which the account is opened in standard chart bank lahore
3.a property deed worth 1 crore pkr apprised locally and translated by a certified translator in Ontario. Also copy of notarized deed is attached.

Rest like all the forms , fligh tickets matching dates in invitation letter including health insurance.

April 20 submitted ,
April 21 biometrics at 4 pm in lahore
April 28 ppr request
