Canadian virtual phone number from outside Canada?

Hello, I just obtained my Permanent Residence Visa for Canada and I want to apply for jobs before I go there. I have however been told that I should probably use a Canadian phone number in my resume.
I live in Morocco now, is there a service that offers Canadian virtual phone numbers that you guys would recommend me ? most of the ones I've found were only available in Canada or the US
