Canadian v/s Indian

Would like to know about the difference between educational systems, Indian and Canadian.
I read many articles but still not convinced.

India-Given a book, let see by examination, how much you could remember.
Western (I am studying in UK, So, its kinda UK system)- Google is there, you don't need to remember anything, just learn how to use this information.

Canadian education is more difficult than indian. U have to study continuously and not at the end. Almost every week u get assignments for each course/subject. u have to submit these assignments in a week. there are sometime quizs meaning class tests(surprise test or scheduled). half way through ur sem there is a midterm test.
then there is project and then the final exams at the end of sem. All of these count towards ur final grade/marks. So u have to be studying continuously. U definitely understand more if u really want to study. Indian education system is broken I am not saying canadian system is perfect but its far better than indian average college.
