Canadian Universities that accept Second class lower for Graduate program?

From a 5.0 scale I finished with a 3.0. Are there schools that accept a second class lower(B-) and what are their names? I am planning on pursuing a graduate degree in Business or any of the management fields. Thank you.

Even if you get a school, you won't get approved by the CHC. Chances are slim to none.

Have you considered a post graduate diploma program to boost your grades?
