Nationality - Pakistani
Age - 28
Job Title - Fleet Supervisor
Salary - 8,500 Saudi Riyals
Travel History - Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Turkey & United Kingdom.
(UK visa valid till 2024)

What are the chances of approval if applied online from Riyadh?

Things working for - travel to UK, job,
Things working against - Pakistani living in Saudi, so not strong ties to home country

What is his purpose of visit? Is he married? Have kids? or single? What would be the reason that would assure he would go back to Pakistan? Any property in Saudi or Pakistan?

Purpose of visit is tourism.
He is married and living with all family members in Jeddah since birth.
After visiting Canada, he will come back to Jeddah to join duties.

Also his employer is ready to write the below sentence in NOC.

"We guarantee his return to Saudi Arabia after visiting Canada during his annual vacation"

After visiting Canada, he will come back to Jeddah to join duties.

Is his wife staying behind or coming with him? If staying behind then that's another reason for him to return. Was the visit to UK also for tourism? How long is he planning on coming/asking for? Can he show enough funds for his travels?

The letter from the employer does not help because they cannot guarantee it. It is not enforceable. If he decides to overstay what could the employer do? Nothing.....so theres no point in writing that. Also do not buy a return ticket before the visa is approved.

His wife is not able to travel due to medical reasons and has no kids.
All the trips including trip to UK were for leisure and tourism. Duration of the trip to UK was only 4 days, also he has unused Ireland visa. He would like to visit Canada only for 12 days or less and available funds for the trip are between 3500CAD to 4500CAD.
