Dear Experts,
I am currently in ST. Louis, MO, USA on B1/B2 visa on a Indian Passport and have a scheduled return to India on 6th Dec. My wife is currently in Toronto on a work permit. I am intending to pay a visit to her for 10 days on my return, and have even talked to my company so that my return can be planned from Toronto instead of St. Louis.
I, therefore, need immediate assistance and guidance of filing a successful TRV request which hopefully can get approved easily in 2 months.
Is it better to get invitation letter from my wife (with work permit about to get expired in November this month and getting extended) or my friend ( has a PR). My wife does not have a house leased on her name yet, and my friend has a house lease on his name.
If i intend to get the invitation from my friend, what should be the proof that I am his friend?
Also where should be mailing the artifacts to Canada or any VFS in and around St. Louis.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Saurabh
