Hello everybody,
In order for all of us who intend to immigrate to Canada for a brighter future, to be able to accuratly calculate expenses. I wish that somebody who already lives there can direct us on how much percentage of your salary will be deducted for taxes.

I found this site lsminsurance.ca/calculators/canada/income-tax showing you how much would be deducted from your salary as an income tax based on the region you live in and the amount you are paid, but I was wondering if other amounts get deducted for other taxes.

Please provide us with estimations or percentages of all the taxes, most of us will be interested of how much the take home salary would be after paying all taxes.

Is there anybody who can help us regarding this issue?

As I understood the cost of living would be around $1650 for one person including home rent...

Your post did not get any reply though did you get any knowledge what you were looking at?

Jappu.

Pls find the cost of living in this website. look at the right handside panel and click on city - calgary, toronto, etc..
you will see the breakdown of cost of living and taxes - of course this is average and may not apply to new immigrants but it gives you some idea regarding taxes
