I was an international student in Canada but due to financial and health issues l couldn’t finish my education and had to return back home. I was merely able to complete only 12 credits in 4 years due to medical and mental health issue. Because of which I took semesters off in between completing only 12 credits and I started working 2 weeks before my semester was starting. I didn’t give an official resignation so I’m not sure if I was still getting reported to Service Canada. I took many semesters and dropped in between and couldn’t finish my courses which lead me to F as I wasn’t able to withdraw on time. So, I want to ask if I could get a student visa if I later decide on to come to Canada? Would I have to show my medical and mental health proof from beginning of my stay in Canada till the end? Also would I get a complete new SIN number?
